The Method is inherently iterative. Admittedly, that's a bit of a business buzzword but it doesn't make it any less true. You can use the Method tools for rapid scenario planning.

For example, if you've produced a Needs Matrix by focusing on a specific set of business objectives and "customers', you can always go back and change the weightings. When you skip back to the Needs Matrix you'll see the impact your change has made on the prioritisation of needs.

If you want to add a new business objective, customer segment or job-to-be-done, the application will ask you any extra questions it needs the answer to in order to update the Needs Matrix with all the new data (rather than making you do the whole process again).

This is a great way of dealing with changes in the project context.
